A set move for left sideline free hits. After initial setup, a deep player will come forward to take the hit, releasing the current taker to promote up the sideline and that current player to move infield.

The aim is to have the opposition player marking the sideline player to have to choose between staying with that player as they move infield, or staying to mark the new sideline player. Either way there should now be a free attacking player to pass to.

Play out until a goal is scored.
