Setup an opposition press against an outlet structure. The player taking the free hit has to pass into the press to a player posting up. The ball comes back to the starting player, back into another posting player, back out again and then across to a player for a "back & around".

The objective is to collapse the opposition press while maintaining strong possession of the ball. Passing needs to be accurate and receiving needs to plan for a quick return pass.

Add more opposition players. Play out any turnovers.
