Objective & Coaching Points
The objective is for the target player to position themself and receive so they immediately move into open space. Start by completing each pass as a separate activity and work towards having all passes flow together. Static players need to focus on accuracy and pace of pass, making it as easy as possible for the target player.
Extension & Progression
You can extend the drill by making the cones wider and eventually replacing them with a defending player.
