Setup with balls inside the top of the circle. Place cones to lead into a zone on both the left and right. One Player is outside the 5m area. Players start with a ball at the top of the circle and pass to the Player outside the 5m and then lead to one side to receive and shoot.

Accurate passing and Effort to get into a position to receive on the Forehand are key areas to focus on.

Add aiming areas inside the goal to improve outcomes. Move the leading boxes further away.
