Use a bounce board to play the ball into to initiate movement. Also helps to get vision down then back up to connect on the give and go. Having bounce boards in the circle mean you need to be accurate while running at speed and then executing a fast shot.

Vision down to vision up (scanning) to connect with players. Being accurate in your passing and having good quality receiving with a quickly executed shot on goal.

You can extend this by adding in defenders or instead of bounce boards you have players.
