Box Passing Continuous
Passing drill to practice continuous movement on and off the ball.
Setup
Set up a basic box around 5m apart. Have 3 players. The player who has the ball must have 2 passes always. So one player is always on the move around the box.
Objective & Coaching Points
Focus on vision and awareness to see who needs to shift. Stay low when delivering the pass and receiving the ball. Need good footwork to be able to change the direction of the pass.
Extension & Progression
Make the box bigger and can add a variety of passing, reverse pass, sweep hit etc.
