Very easy set up. You put cones to show starting positions and a row of cones for an elimination. The elimination is there to put the ball carriers eyes down and then eyes up.

Getting the ball into the 7yd zone to be able to score goals. 1st ball is a receive and push at goal. 2nd ball is a deflection. Focus on leading late and staying low.

You can extend this by ball the 1st ball being a 1x sweep hit and for the 2nd ball both the attacker and the player who passed ball 1 joining in. You can further extend this by adding in a defender.
